COhatch—a Columbus-grown “town-hall 2.0” that fuses co-working, offices, meetings, and events—is breathing new life into Hamilton’s Second National Bank. Erected in 1931 and celebrated for its striking Art Deco design, the landmark is being reborn as a flexible, community-minded hub where shared desks and public gatherings animate restored marble halls. The adaptive reuse both safeguards an architectural treasure and proves that historic character and modern work culture can thrive side by side.
